Scope and Content

From the Collection: The collection contains Sandra Lynn’s research pertaining to historic lodgings throughout New Mexico. This research culminated in the book, Windows on the Past: Historic Lodgings of New Mexico, published in 1999.

Included in the collection are research and site visit notes, brochures, clippings and articles, correspondence. Also included is a small collection of memorabilia and ephemera collected and/or purchased by Lynn, as well as audio recordings of oral history interviews with individuals directly associated with some of the historic lodgings. Many of the interviews have been transcribed; the transcriptions are filed in the research folder related most closely to the interview.

The numbering of the following CDs corresponds to the numbering of the original audio cassette recordings. Note that some interviews consist of multiple parts (which is noted on the individual CD labels).
