Scope and Contents
Unfinished watercolor depicting the Mexican coat-of-arms with a French Liberty cap and a tricolore ribbon. After 15 July 1964 the coat-of-arms was changed for the newly crowned Emperor Maximillian. Added 11 January 2019.
