Scope and Contents

Abstract: 1/22/2015, 2/1/2015. HorseChief provides a historical perspective for the Osage and her upbringing and work with the tribe. She also speaks of working with Natives in education as she was Education Division Director. She also speaks of her experience at UNM, as Kiva Club member and being the founding member of NASIRG under Native American Studies. She also spoke of her experience as an exchange student to Queensland, Australia.

Abstract

Rebekah HorseChief graduated from UNM in Bachelor of University Studies with a major in Native American Studies and minor in Post-colonial Literature. Rebekah is Osage. She also worked as student coordinator in the Indigenous Nations Library Program.
