Abstract

2/17/2014, 3/10/2014, 3/11/2014, 3/20/2014, 3/24/2014, 3/25/2014, 3/31/2014, 4/14/2014. Franklin has his degree in computer science and American History. He attended Chilocco Indian Agricultural School in Oklahoma. He has retired from many years in the military where he became very skilled in computers and analysis. He used his skills in working with NIYC and using statistics to analyze the data concerning urban Native Americans, the education of Native American students, and the health of urban Native Americans. Franklin is Sac & Fox Nation in Oklahoma.
