Company apparently run by Fred Huning. Correspondence includes a letter from The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to cover a lease of 11,349.44 acres for $170.24 and letters pertaining to: money owed to local sheep workers, request to sheeping graze sheep and grazing infringements on private and public land, sheering contracts, road use issues, inquiries to purchase local land grants including San Clemente and La Joya, requests for cotton seed cakes, and correspondence with Bond-Connell Sheep Co., Albuq.; Frank Bond Co., EspaƱola, Chama Oil and to John Becker regarding Salvation Army, Membership lists of the New Mexico Wool Growers Association, "Rules for Belen Ditch". Locations include Atarque, Tajique, Grants, Cubero, La Joya.
