Scope and Contents

Records shareholders and their respective share holdings along with company transactions. L & H Huning are the largest shareholders, holding 270 shares ($2,700), and Jesus M Luna & Bro. are recorded with 200 shares ($2,000) while the expenses detail the actual cost of bridge construction. Laid in are several letters and two official Presidential directives to the Co. Treasurer signed and sealed by the Bridge Company Secretary directing the Treasurer to pay dividends to the shareholders. These two dividend distributions reveal the Huning brothers were due a total of $529.75.
