In Spanish. Mondragon born 1912, rancher and farmer, from San Pablo, San Luis Valley and Walsenberg, CO. Interviewed at Acacia Farmers' Market, Cordo Family Farm stand, in Colorado Springs. Discussion of his family traditional foods and cooking of them, habas, beans, calabacitas, squash, pumpkins, herb called inmortal, haba tea remedy for colds, Don Cacahuate joke of lost burro, assimulation of Mexicans into American society.
