BOOK ONE (Monique and David). Jmonique.14t. Has a 4-page intro based on Monique foto--"Reder-Mor." Clean, original draft, with no chapters, and mostly in the present tense. I thought that might bring it "more alive." Wrong! Includes Monique's 1931-33 trips to America, Peacock Point, Santa Fe, courtship and marriage to Pop, and ends with her death in 1942, and Dad's struggle with Mamita for custody of me. 315 pages.

Access Restrictions

The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
