JTN, MAGGIE, TOBY, & ANDY, PACKING OUT ELK, OCT. 16, 2002
File — Box: 182, Folder: 34
Scope and Contents
13 color photos of Andy Lenderman, Toby Jorrin, Maggie Roberts, and me packing out the meat from two elk Andy and Toby shot. They hadn't made plans for two elk, and screamed for help carting out the grub. So Maggie and I drove up the Rio Chiquito and helped pack out the meat, bushwhacking down from about 9,500 feet to the river at about 7,300 feet. We made two trips. The elk were killed up high between Buena Suerte Creek and Paradise Canyon above the Río Chiquito.
