"ILLUSTRATED DAILY" WITH HAL RHODES, KNME, MARCH 9, 1988

 Item — Box: 180, DVD: 5

Scope and Contents

This KNME interview I had with Hal Rhodes focuses mostly on release of the The Milagro Beanfield War film. It starts with scenes from "Milagro," and an interview with producer Moctesuma Esparza. In the video my wife Juanita and I go fishing in my Dodge Truck, park at east side of the high bridge, hop over the fence, and go down dizzying Rope Trail to fish the Río Grande up under the High Bridge. I remember Karl Kernberger and crew carrying camera and batteries down that very steep "trail," quite a feat. And, believe it or not, on camera I actually caught a little fish! I think tape also contains an interview with Ann Moore; and a bio of Redford; ads in Spanish for the Milagro movie. And it ends in the Amador Flores standoff in Tierra Amarilla. Again, you can get a better tape from KNME files.
