Access Restrictions
The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.

General
15 SLEEVES. In Chicago we walked around, many buildings, Institute of Art museum, did book signing at Guild Books, managed by Richard Bray. Saw B.J. and Amado Peña (artist pals from NM), did Studs Terkel radio show, Paul Hills was media escort, Picasso and Miro city scultures, visited Lake Michigan. Returned to Denver and Boulder, briefly. I went alone in June to NY. Met my film agent, Tim Knowlton; also Pancho Villa mini-series producers, Philip and Mary Ann Hobel; my wonderful publicist at Holt, Sarah McFall; and my best friend Mike Kimmel at his and wife Karen Krause's 8 Beach Street loft.
