Scope and Contents
35 typed pages. First serious alpine hike (June 16, 2007) since December 24, 2006. (I was laid up 4 months because of hernia operation and blown-out right knee.) Other alpine treks on June 20 and June 27. Also: Work on novels. Triage of my books in North Shed (I gave away 45 boxes of them and hardly made a dent!). And thrilling colonoscopy (they cut out several polyps).

Access Restrictions
The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
