36 typed pages. Alpine hikes on April 5, 8, and 14. (Newspaper article, April 8: "Snowpack has 'never been worse.'") Also: I wrote a background article for the Taos News on Indian Camp Dam. Finish draft of Empanada Brotherhood novel. Folder includes a Santa Fe New Mexican article, April 8, 2006, titled "Snowpack has 'never been worse.'" All about record low snowpack in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains this winter, predictions of early fire season.

Access Restrictions

The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
