Scope and Contents

First Leatherette Album: It contains scenes of Barcelona. Me on my Bultaco motorcycle. Gaudi Cathedral. Attending a bullfight. Bill Willis and I in bullfighting school. Parties with Barcelona friends on the Costa Brava. Girls dancing Sevillanas. Fun on the beach. Drunk in Pamplona. Bulls running in Pamplona on Estafeta Street. 9 pictures I took of the becerista with fighting cows in the bullring after the main running of the bulls. And many photographs of corridas we saw in Pamplona. 178 pictures.

Access Restrictions

The collection is open for research, however, researchers must sign consent form prior to gaining access to materials. Calavera drawings, proofs, and etchings as well as "little diaries" (Boxes 14, 125, 126, 129, 142) are housed in high security and may require up to 24 hours for retrieval. Enlarged photocopies and typed transcriptions of "little diaries" in Box 142 are located in Box 184.
