Itemizes expenses from July 1909 to May 1910 for meals, lodging, horses, rail travel and other transportation, supplies, laundry and baths. Specifies locations in Arizona and New Mexico and also details expenses for a rail journey through Kansas City, Missouri to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and another trip to Antonito, Colorado. Includes accounts forwarded for payment to a number of named individuals and railroads, and also accounts forwarded for payment for seven individuals associated with the “Coconino Job”
