Scope and Contents

  1. CD 1, scanned images, dated April 2010, photographs of unnamed buildings and interiors, n.d., from ca. 1950s - 1960s. Among them places in other states, Ripon Commonwealth Press building and interior; a lakeside cabin and views; residences, interiors, furnishings, businesses, aerials, a dormitory. Robby's Ready Quick Hamburgers, .15 cents, A Frame building. Also various colored charts, studies for New Mexico State Motor Vehicle Division, Data Processing building, Santa Fe, East Marcy, St. Francis Drive and Alta Vista Street, showing solar design features, studies of the angles of sun, shadows, wind, neighborhood impact anaylsis, traffic, ecology, environmental impact, perspectives, etc.
  2. CD 2, scanned images dated August 2015, first group called brochures, ca. 1960s - 1970s, with studies that feature the firm's projects, with photos and plans. A good study of the Dormitory, Highland University, Las Vegas, NM. General proposal booklet for a school building for Hashemite, Kingdom of Jordan, not specific to Jordan. Also some images, correspondence, data and charts for firm's projects given elsewhere in the collection within New Mexico and in other states - ie. Chinle Nursing Home, Highland University Dormitory, Vegas Grandes Extended Care Facility, Las Vegas, Mutual Building and Loan Association Office, Santa Fe, College of Santa Fe Dormitory 4 and Physical Education Facility, New Mexico State Police Law Enforcement Complex, Santa Fe, Agua Fria Elementary School Phase II, Santa Fe. A booklet, Study for proposed Laboratory and Energy Storage Facility, U.S. Atomic Energy Commission, Los Angeles, by Philippe Register, 1967. CD 2, scanned images dated August 2015, group called finances, ca. 1972 - 1973, showing bookkeeping pages, accounts, rent, payroll, employees, expenses, taxes, depreciations, repairs, licenses, cars and trucks, equipment, subscriptions, memberships, preferred stock, capitol stock, retained earnings, etc.

CD 2, scanned images dated August 2015, group called miscellaneous, a flyer about the Motor Vehicle Division, Data Processing Department buildings in Santa Fe; a Who's Who in the World 2007 entry for Terence William Ross; sign designs for wall plaque in the Motor Vehicle - Data Processing building, other symbols, signage, etc.
  5. CD 2, scanned images dated August 2015, group called project lists, biographical informationon about Luna and Ross, history of firm, resumes, projects involved with, clients, affiliates, etc.
  6. CD 2, scanned images dated August 2015, group called specification covers, images of the covers of the booklets for their projects, specifications, details, project manuals, etc., some of these projects are not given elsewhere in collection, many covers have illustrations, color, etc.
