Summary: Transcription of court testimony provided in the Zumárraga vs. Delgadillo case. Folder does not contain the questions asked of the witnesses, just their answers. Witnesses were those called by Zumárraga and each are asked 55 questions. Central concern of suit refers to the treatment by Indians by the encomenderos of New Spain.

Sumario: Testimonio del pleito entre Zumárraga y Delgadillo. Plegador no tiene las preguntas del testimonio solamente las respuestas de los testigos. Testigos son llamados por ZUMArraga y 55 preguntas componen testimonios. Pleito se refiere al tratamiento de los indios por los encomenderos y oidores en Nueva España.
