Scope and Contents
Summary: Folder divided into three portions. The first is 24 pages long and includes testimony from five witnesses to the above mentioned incident - an apparent uprising and stealing of a ship and its contents, and the loss of royal letters aboard. Second portion is 78 pages long and contains evidence in the case against Hernando de Saavedra, appointed governor of Honduras by Hernan Cortés and the alleged abuse of power while in that position. Third part contains testimony from nine witnesses called by Saavedra in his defense.

Sumario: Plegador está dividida en tres partes. La primera contiene testimonio de cinco testigos sobre un alzamiento sobre un navio, el robo de todo a bordo y el perdido los documentos de la corona que lleva. La segunda parte contiene testimonio en el pleito contra Hernando de Saavedra, gobernador de Honduras. Testimonio habla sobre abusos por Saavedra miéntras ocupaba este puesto. Tercera parte contiene testimonio de nueve testigos de Saavedra en su defensa.
