Printed by the Comit Central del Partido Comunista de México, Sección de la Internalicional Comunista. This poster is directed toward workers, country dwellers, indigenous peoples, sailors, domestic workers, professors, women workers, students, children, small business owners and workers, and anti- imperialist intellectuals. It announces a protest of obligatory military service whose goal is reported as being to "lead the popular masses to the imperialist war to the benefit of millions of yankee bankers."
