Scope and Contents
Two videos by Liz Miller, W.O.M.E.N. (15 minutes) and Simposio/Symposium (45 minutes). The first video is an overview or introduction to the Women's Observer Mission to the Elections in Nicaragua: Building our Political Power. In 1996 forty-one women from 18 countries on delegation participated in the women's electoral observer mission to challenge the role of the typical electoral observer. The second video covers the Symposium held by the mission. (In English and Spanish with translations).
