Scope and Contents

The first part is the continuation of the interview with Gergman and Jane from tape 15. The interview focuses on topics like the role of art in the empowerment of women and connecting with one's history. They also talk about how Randall's photography influenced and was used in their own murals and artwork. The second part is an event taped at La Peña Cultural Center in San Francisco with various speakers and musicians, including Margaret Randall, speaking about and in support of Randall's case with the INS.
