Documentation records for every edition created at Tamarind are filed chronologically in six month segments from July 1960-June 1970. Within each six month period, the arrangement is alphabetical by artist's name, then numerical by edition number. Documentation records for 1964 were revised in form from 1965. The original, signed sheets for 1960-1964 are filed with the worksheets. The unsigned, revised version of the early documentation is that which appears in the documentation records. Since the revised documentation was adopted in 1965, signed documentation records were kept. Source materials for the documentation is in the worksheets which were completed at the time of printing. Worksheets are filed in chronological order.
