Scope and Contents
From the Series:
Five scrapbooks dating from 1938 to 1943. Three bound volumes of The Dawson News which cover both national and local events from 1923 to 1925, and 1928 to 1929. The scrapbooks consist primarily of newspaper clippings about Dawson High School students and activities, including local events. Also included are graduation announcements along with a wonderful assortment of postcards and greeting cards from Dawson high graduates stationed overseas during the second World War. There is some overlap in the years of the scrapbooks.
