One by John Donald Robb to the Editor of the Nation, magazine, July 15, 1925, Correspondence, entitled The Purging of Christianity, discussing the struggle between fundamentalists and modernists, his favor of science, the living spirit, and the essence of Christ’s teaching. An article for New York Times, May 6, 1962, on San Salvador: Friendly But Poor, about his experiences teaching music and conduction concerts in San Salvador. Also a humorous story dated 1966, by Robb, evidently submitted for publication, about a courtroom scene in Staten Island, where a voluntary witness does not what to answer the questions of the lawyer - probably for the Readers Digest, Life in U.S. section. A Memorandum from JDR, n.d., n.p. on Thomas Carlyle and Labour and Work, about the value of work. Also a letter from JDR to the New York Times editor, n.d., about Senator Fullbright’s book, The Arrogance of Power, referring to the power of the United States, regarding Communism, North Vietnam, China and Russia.
