Scope and Contents
Born August 12, 1875. Her father served under Col. Sickles at Santa Rita in 1852 fighting Mangus Colorado and Victorio. Went to Silver City in 1875 when one month old. Recollections of the early days in Silver City which are continued on Side 2 - Billy the Kid; gambling; drinking; Bessie Harper; Gen. Pershing at Fort Bayard; etc.
