This series of postcards is likely related to the mobilization of the Las Cruces National Guard in 1916, following Pancho Villa's raid on Columbus, New Mexico. Donor thought they may have been collected by Fred Quesenberry Sr. who was in the unit. Fred was the brother of Joseph Quesenberry.
