Scope and Contents

Photographs of ceremonial dances, buildings, and landscapes at various Native American Pueblos in New Mexico, including Zuni, San Ildefonso, Santo Domingo (Kewa), and Tesuque, as well as on Santa Fe Plaza during Fiesta. Dances include Shalako Ceremony, Eagle Dance, Comanche Dance, and animal dances featuring Deer, Buffalo, and Antelope Dancers. Some of these photographs were taken by Gustave Baumann, while others were acquired by him through other sources.
