Photographic material relating to research by Mary Jean Straw Cook on her book Immortal Summer about the Hollenback sisters. Cook was a Santa Fe based author whose book was published by MNM Press in 2002. Immortal Summer is about a Victorian woman's travels in the Southwest: The 1897 Letters and Photographs of Amelia Hollenback. Upon her death, the donor assisted the family in cleaning out the house and saved this material. Approximately (35) black and white photographs; snapshots and negatives, slides; various sized prints mostly of Santa Fe and Native Americans.
