Collection of 42 photographs and 13 photo album pages of southern New Mexico, including many views of railroads and train depots ca. 1920-25, by Elmer Lee Traylor, father of the donor. Traylor was a telegrapher for the Santa Fe Railroad with his first assignment in 1920 at Tolar, NM. This small collection includes many photographs of small long-gone railroad siding depots such as Tolar, Encino, Mountainair, Orla, Loving, and others as well as family photos and streets scenes in southern New Mexico towns.
