Small photograph of Donald Crosno standing next to the warning sign for motorists going down or coming up La Bajada Hill in 1923. Crosno (then aged 7) and his family moved from Illinois to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1912. Later, Donald lived in Las Cruces, where he taught electrical engineering at NMSU (then New Mexico A & M).
