Ortiz y Pino Collection (purchase from Bruce Weekly). Five binders in English and Spanish containing personal and mercantile correspondence, letters, photographs, and fiscal items of Ambrosio Pino and Jose Ortiz y Pino of the Ortiz y Pino family of Galisteo. Ambrosio lived and worked in Galisteo during the second half of the 19th century and passed away in 1929. One of the binders contains condolence letters by the "who's who of NM". Additional materials contain legal documents from the 1800s to the early 1900s - land grants and oil leases.
