(1) 8x10 framed and matted photo of Steichen and Sandburg, Chicago, Illinois, 1944 by Robert H. Martin; as written in accompanying letter: "Little did Robert H. Martin know he would be photographing two of the world's most notable leaders together. Edward Steichen, considered one of the great photographers and Carl Sandburg, noted poet and author. This photograph exists because of Robert's alertness while attending Lazio Maholy-Nagy's Institute of Design in Chicago. It was at one of Maholy-Nagy's Lectures that Bob's trusty companion, his Graphic, photographed this historical photograph".
