Scope and Contents From the Series: This series contains papers pertaining to the formation and operation of the Chile Pepper Institute. The series is organized alphabetically by subject, and chronologically within subject where needed. This series consists of agendas, minutes, memos, a mission statement, papers regarding the creation of an International Chile Center, correspondence, information on other food institutes, and the organization’s newsletters.
