Scope and Contents From the Series: Minutes are contained on four microfilm rolls. The minutes consist of 15 volumes, each volume preceded with an index. The first reel records the initial proceedings of the district, including organizational and legal matters. All four reels contain the district_s regular meeting minutes, including project planning, administrative decisions, agreements and resolutions.
