Scope and Content From the Collection: These records consist primarily of the correspondence of William F. Turney while he was the national director of the American Water Works Association. Most of the items cover Turney’s tenure as national director, 1962-1964. However, one large segment on the creation of the Mexico Section covers the period from 1966-1968.
