Scope and Contents From the Series: The files arrived in the Archives in numerical order. This original system was kept, with one exception; the 4000 series folders were filed alphabetically within the 3000 series. Some folder titles are followed with " [out]", noting that the contents of these files were not transferred to the Archives.
