Scope and Contents From the Series: This series includes Leland Gile's technical and professional papers, arranged in final published form by date where noted. The Sandhills monograph is listed prior to the Desert Soils monograph in Box 3 because the amount of manuscript material relating to it is identified before that from The Desert Soil monograph. The Desert Soil monograph, published in 1979, is an oversized monograph that could not fit in a folder but lays on its spine between two folders.
