Scope and Contents Includes miscellaneous records and ledger books, two receipt books, one French recipe book , Manuel de Cuisine by G. Howard (1906) with hand written recipes and notations included on back pages. Tucked into the recipe book were three (circular) Crisco shortening liners with baking tips or recipes. Also includes two recipes handwritten in French.
