Scope and Content From the Collection: The Wendell Phillips Thorpe Papers span the years 1922-1963. The materials are largely representative of Thorpe's professional activities between those years. The papers have been divided into ten series: Biographical Material; Dairy Papers; Farm Cooperatives; Farm Credit Banks, Associations; Bracero Program, National Level; Bracero Program, State/Local Level; Federal/State/County Farm Bureaus; New Mexico State Fair; Miscellaneous Farm-Related Material; and Miscellaneous Civic Material.
