Biography / History
The Criminal Justice Study Committee and the Water Usage and Resources Committee were organized to conduct research for the New Mexico Legislature during interim seasons between legislative sessions. These committees presented the findings of their research and drafts of resolutions to the legislative council. George E. Fettinger, a representative from Alamogordo, was a member of both these committees.
