Las Cruces physician and a graduate of the University of Texas Medical Branchy in Galveston who began his practice with Dr. R. E. McBride in 1935 and retired in 1978. Includes "Memoirs of a Family Doctor" (14 pages), "History of Dona Ana County Medical Society" (33 pages), and a Las Cruces Sun-News article about Evan's career.
