Scope and Content
Civic and social organization formed in Grants, New Mexico. Members were involved in such activities as providing medical service, furnishing school playground equipment, incentives for academic achievement and welcoming teachers each year. The records consist of two official minute books, one dating April, 1927-April, 1931 and the second from May, 1931-April, 1935. Also included is an undated statement on the Grants schools, a 1932 Graduation Program, a 1934 Playbill, "Rules for the Honor Society" established in the Grants schools by the Woman's Club, work sheets showing ratings of students for Honor Society eligibility and written notes concerning officers and committee chairman of the club.
