Additionally, the collection contains historical clippings, brochures, and information about people, places, and events in Doña Ana County and southern New Mexico. The series includes information on the historical buildings survey conducted in various locations throughout southern New Mexico, including Las Cruces, Mesilla, Picacho, and Tortugas.
The records cover the period between 1950 and 1998 and are arranged alphabetically by subject.
