Presentation Materials includes any papers related to the oral history presentations given during the club's sessions. This includes the transcriptions of the presentations as well as occasional notes or visual aids provided by the presenter (for example, a printout of a map, flier, or Powerpoint slides on paper). Some of the transcriptions are also available on digital files. This series is composed of approximately 180 folders in chronological order with each folder containing the transcription of a presentation (or several small presentations) that took place during a given session. Although some meetings were canceled due to weather or holidays, the Club usually met eleven times a year from May 1995 to June 2013. The club met the first Thursday of each month. NOTE: a handful of presentations listed on the indexes do not have transcriptions available.
