Includes:letter 13 May, 1964 hand written to Mom, dad and J.B. from Skip while in Desert Strike area, Needles California, Lincoln County affidavit April 1878 sworn by George Peppin before John S Crouch discusses how Sheriff Brady took possession from store of Tunstal and Co, a member of armed men (Antancio Martines, Richard Brewer, Doc Scurlock, John Middleton, William H. Antrim alias “Kid” Samuel Smith, Samuel Corbett, Wayt, McNab, Frank Coe, George Coe, George Washington ( colored), George Robinson (colored),Ignacio Gonzales, Jesus Rodrigues, Esignio Sanches, Rowan Burgan and other unknown persons took the keys to the store. Subsequently, Peppin and others (Jack Long, James Longwell, Charles Martin, John Clark (colored) were released.
