Notes by Weisner, 3 pages. Dec. 15, 1890 the dam at Penasco owned by the Guadalupe Valley Irrigation Co. costing $2,000.00 was broken up by Joseph Woods, Pete Riley, A.T. Pierce, S.G. Kiser, Peter Corn, Frank Pruitt, John A. Pierce, George Beckett, Brown Stroop, John Tedford, Charles F. White, George W. White, Bob Holcomb, Morgan Davis, Legrande Pratt, William Dougherty, Thomas Hinds and Johnson, all above were inducted by Lincoln County Special Grand Jury by Nov. 1890 term by special District Attorney for Lincoln County A. J. Fountain.
