Includes:“Tunstall inventory” note by Ketring He states that this record is historically important also states that the original document was in Maurice Garland Fulton’s collection (processors note—Ketring never referred to MG Fulton by his full name, this is unusual to see his use of it this way) Ketring states that at the time of the writing 2005, the use of the document has never been used in any of the Lincoln County War histories, his theory was that the document was never filed with the County Recorder to give Tunstall title to the property, but he had assumed it was his property, oversize copy of Power of Attorney from Tunstall to Widenmann, who erroneously thought it was the last will and testament of John Tunstall, notes by M.G. Fulton about John Tunstall, copy of transcribed diary of John Tunstall 1874- 1876
