Scope and Contents
Divided into four subseries: Blue Book, E.P. Chronological File, E.P. II, and Mexico. The Blue Book subseries contains materials that were numbered and organized by Fall and are preceded by an index. The original meaning of “E.P.” has not been determined, though both subseries of the E.P. files have been retained largely in their original order. Some of the Mexico files were arranged by Fall, though additions have been added to this subseries.
