Scope and Contents

From the Series: Images include three generations of the Amador family, friends, Las Cruces area, the Amador hotel and home, churches and miscellaneous scenes. Some images, especially a large number of 19th century portraits, are unidentified. The series also contains stereocards and company picture cards collected by Amador family members, in addition to four postcard albums maintained by Clotilde and Julieta Amador. The albums contain a diverse collection of postcards with additional correspondence between the sisters and their friends.
