Scope and Contents

From the Series: Contains correspondence, financial records and a manuscript cookbook created by Refugio. Letters include invitations, postcards, calling cards, and death notices. Bills and receipts showing Refugio's personal finances include dry goods, clothing stores, and hotel bills. Correspondents include Refugio's father, J. N. Ruiz; sisters, Concepcion and Belen; her children, and husband Martin Amador. Arranged by format, then chronologically.
